Have your special day streamed live to YouTube, Facebook or a platform of your choice so that your long distance guests can still watch your special moments even if they can not be there in person.
Rather than organising a family member to hold up a phone to stream to Zoom, why not take the pressure off and have a professional on site with broadcast quality equipment to ensure that the audio and vision is to the highest possible quality.
Packages start from $700 for a single angle stream of your ceremony (including high quality audio) with options to add additional camera angles to ensure that your guests have the best possible viewing experience.
You will also receive a copy of your video to keep forever.

The majority of the weddings we cover are within Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Sydney but we will happily travel anywhere in Australia.

One angle is usually enough for guests to be able to feel as though they are part of the special day, however having a second angle available allows us to capture more of the special moments such as cutting between one partner walking down the aisle, the other partner's reaction etc. Some of these moments can be difficult to capture with one angle as they do not always occur within the same frame.

We find that YouTube is a fantastic platform for live streaming as we can provide you an unlisted link so that it is not publicly available, however any guests you share the link with will have easy access to watch on their phone, TV or computer without the need for creating an account.
We can also stream to other platforms such as Facebook if you prefer.

Absolutely! We bring a range of wireless microphones as well as taking a line out of the PA to ensure that the audio is crystal clear for guests watching at home.

Yes! The video will remain online after the completion of the stream so any guests can watch at their leisure.
Should you want to remove the video we can also do this at your request. -
Of course! We will provide a link to download the video in full at the completion of the stream.

We do indeed. We have a bonded connection utilising the Telstra, Vodafone and Optus networks to allow for the best coverage available. If the venue has their own wifi/ethernet connection we can also utilise that to strengthen the signal if your wedding is taking place in a low mobile coverage area.

On the rare occasion that there is an interruption in the connection due to something out of our control (such as Telstra network issues), we have a backup. We always record the video locally so if there are connection issues we will upload the video in full as soon as the connection allows.
This also means that if your wedding is taking place at a location where there is no mobile connection available, we can provide a package to record the ceremony and then upload the video for your guests as soon as we drive back into a mobile coverage area.
